Great to see the penny has dropped for Dusty.

Who isn't a fan of the thinking man's orange Tim Fleming?

Gerks 27/6/11

But you see, it's not me, it's not my family.
In your head, in your head they are fighting,
With their tanks and their bombs,
And their bombs and their guns.
In your head, in your head, they are crying...

Oh goody, Matt White tearing it up AGAIN during pre-season, now Mathew the aim is to actually carry your pre-season speed/endurance into the real season and USE IT.

Edwards third......pfft....what were Police chasing him....
DIMMA - You will be held ACCOUNTABLE...

“We are really excited about what we have brought in. We have got great depth of players that can take us where we need to go. We are just putting some cream on the top at the moment,” he said.

That's why these two are still in the team - pace and endurance. When these fail them they look very ordinary particularly with White.

From Jayden Post twitter:

"I didn't the tan run yesterday mate, but I did a 14.22 in my first year at the club. I'm a bit heavier these days though"

I think he left out the word "time" as in "I didn't time the tan run yesterday...."

"With @JohnHeslin waiting for breaky to digest, then going to find out how much lard we're carryin! I wonder who will be leaner"

Sounds like they are having their skinfolds tested today.

I can't find the link anymore but it came up on my Facebook news feed the other day and kind of related to this. But it said that Neeld over at Melpoo reckons his player's fitness is seriously not up to scratch. I read this just after I read that Addam Maric said he was aware at Richmond training that he needs to get his fitness up. Sounds like it has been a real rabble down at that rot of a club. About two years ago I thought MFC were a step ahead of RFC in their redevelopment but they have appeared to have done a u-turn. Sounds like we're a full healthy and motivated pre-season up on our yardstick (saw it written in the media...).

Good work by Pat Contin, he has changed his body shape and physical capacity in a massive way since joining the club.

I am sure he will be rookied again and he is a very good ball winner around the stoppages also. Could be one to watch next season if he maintains the fitness.

sounds like a bull sh it artist to me.

WTF does he mean he didn't time it and why mention past achievements and then make excuses that he;s heavier.

Completely wrong attitude.
