For Arnot how about "One-T" as I bet he gets to say that a lot. Initially I made the mistake of spelling it "ArnotT"

For Elton, how about "John" (not JON) or "Piano Man" or "Ben" as in Ben Elton (Yes I'm a young one's fan)

For Ellis I've got nothing ( I hate Crumpet) but If I draw a long bow how about "The Run" as in "Brandon the run" (Paul McCartney and Wings song)  :P

McBean is 'beanie'
