With the calibre of draftees in to the club in the past 3 seasons, it strikes me the RFC has issued an NDP (No idiots policy).

Assembling a young core of curteous, respectful, switched on and talented teens can only prove beneficial.

Reminds me a lot of the Lions draftees in late 90's .. Power, Black, Lappin, Lepper, Brown, although Aker did his best to shoot down this theory.
