Who is under the pump to perform in 2012?

Okay there's always some obvious names but this thread is also interested in the not-so-obvious ones as well.

As the thread title says -  who is under the pump and needs to perform in 2012 to survive beyond next year?

JR8, had a woeful season 2011, he's a 100 goal a year player and needs to find that form again and once he does LOOK OUT :shh

McGuane for obvious reasons. Think Webberley needs to play more senior footy in 2012

But I also think players like Grimes & Rance are going to be under the pump because the expectations on them after 2011 is for them to at a minimum equal what they achieved this year or improve on it

If the title of the thread is taken in the context is it written then I would say:

If you say "Under the Pump" then why would Grimes & Jack be there when one was playing great in his first real go at it and the other still came second as the leading goal kicker in the comp and had 5 operations after the season..... :huh
