Dees fans already ringing up SEN calling their new coach a dud and crying on the radio saying after 40 years they've had enough and they won't renew their membership .


Eagles have beaten the Saints easily tonight so they play Adelaide in the NAB Cup GF next week at Footy Park. Same old story for the Saints. All the work is left to their older players with hardly any quality youngsters coming through. It's a long way back down for St Kilda over the next few years.

ST KILDA veteran Lenny Hayes has been treated at hospital after being knocked out in the first quarter of Friday's NAB Cup match, while Collingwood captain Nick Maxwell has suffered a suspected ankle injury. 

Hayes was hit heavily in an accidental collision with Collingwood defender Tyson Goldsack's knee seven minutes into the first quarter.

He was unconscious for a period but was awake when he was carried from Visy Park by trainers.

"Hayes has been knocked out, with no other apparent injuries and taken to hospital for observation," St Kilda tweeted after the incident.

After being taken to hospital, Hayes was given the all clear before returning to the ground.
