Collingwood kept in the game late 3rd quater thanks to some dubious free kicks
Now they're in front
Hawks have come to life in last 10 and let the pumping begin

Hawks win 137-115. Kicking 5 out of the last 6 goals.
Big game next week both teams going in as Round 1 losers.
Really entertaining and open game.
Bucks starts off with a loss.

Anyone know how long Maxwell, Tarrant, Johnson and Brown are out for?

Didak won't play next week either apparently. Even we them still having a few of their best 22 out, it's hard seeing us pushing them over 4 quarters based on what we dished up Thursday night :-\

You've got to laugh at the loyalty of the Pies' fans. Even their cheer squad had mostly left halfway through the last quarter once the game was gone. Always good to see Joffa's happy face on the tellie when the Pies are going down lol.

Yep pies supporters are full of BS, loyal my ass. No different than anyone else if not worse (definitely worse)

Tarrant, didak, johnson would be handy outs.
Tonight collingwoods inaccuracy in front of goal killed them, they would have been in front many times if they kicked straight. Cloke, dors and sidebottom being main culprits.
They appeared to be fumbly as well and took a while to settle in, when they did though they looked good.
You also have to remember they had a number of newbies and young players ( up to 7) so once they have a full list back they'll be dangerous.

Still think they'll get us over 4 quaters and will be mega pumped after losing this week

Brisbane cruised to a 41 point win. Just a shocking effort after half-time from the Dees.

In getting beaten comprehensively all day by a middle of the road side their coach has said that only 4 players had break even games.

compared to us being being in with a chance early in the last, against a side regarded as top 4, and our coach saying only 3 players can hold their heads up.

Nor are your ways my ways,” says the Lord.

Makes our round 3 game against the toffs all the more important given the have West Coast in Perth next week. Given both sides will most likely be 0-2 going into that one it will be a mini final and a loss to the princesses led by jacqueline watts would be the close to fatal for our season given our fortnight after that.

Geelong are back infront 49 - 44 after kicking the last 8 out of 10 goals in the game.

Mark Neeld has a very big job infront of him. Senior players are no good or just don't put in the effort(Personally I think its abit of both). He really needs at least 2 or 3 players to stand up this year like we had in 2010 to build a side around.

Their first round picks have gone nowhere.

Although Trengove will become a 200 game player for them.

Leadership the Dess do not have leadership.

Leadership is not banding together to beat Richmond in Round 3 or honoring Jimmy in Round 4.

Leadership is when you go to Perth to play the Eagles or Simonds Stadium to play Geelong standing up and being counted and leading your team to victory or walking off the ground with your head held high.

No leadership = no heart =no substance = no character = no hope.
