Bombers flogging the Blues  :o. Not great news for all the other middle of the road sides like us who will be vying for the last few spots in top 8. At 4-0 Essendon would have to choke big time to now miss the finals.

No excuses for us if we can't beat both the Saints and the Dogs this year.

It would be about time too  ;D

Izzy got his first goal so no doubt we'll see replays of that a million times lol. GWS actually being surprisingly competitive into the 3rd qtr.

What a weird 1/4 time scoreboard in Perth. Eagles 0.8-8 to Haw 0.4-4. Make that 5 points now after Buddy's sprayed shot.

Swans won by 36 pts. Yep back to reality for the Roos  ;D.

Dogs beat the Dees by 21 pts in the battle of the bottom 4 sides.

At the end of the year the Roos win against Geelong last week won't mean much as Geelong are on the slide.

I'm more impressed with the bums. Could be 5-0 after the Anzac Day clash.

I know Daniel. They have been blessed so far. Had McIntosh kicked straight after the siren in round 1 things could have been so different for them.

Could be 8-1. I doubt they'll beat West Coast.

I think their injury toll is rising though.

This season is just going to be so even.

West Coast at this early stage look to have a mortgage on top 2 and with Pies and Cats on the slide as well as Saints from the top 8 from last year any other side from Hawthorn Carlton Freo Sydney Adelaide and even Essendon as we can only judge them on what has happened in the first four weeks are all going to be jockeying for the remaining positions in the eight.

Nought courtesy of the easy draw playing GWS and GC twice and in other words % boosters may sneak in or then again may finish ninth again. :lol :rollin :lol

Adelaide with 12 games in Adelaide including playing GWS and GCtwice may also boost their chances and further enhance their credentialls to finish higher in the 8 also.

It is up to us as a club to keep on improving and bridge that gap by drafting appropriate players based on team needs and trading shrewdly to make our club to look attractive to talented disgruntled well performed players from other clubs.

Looking at Melbourne's draw, they could be 0-11 going into their round 13 clash against GWS.

R5 - St.Kilda
R6 - Geelong (in Geelong)
R7 - Hawthorn
R8 - Sydney (SCG)
R9 - Carlton
R10 - Essendon
R11 - Collingwood
R12 - Bye
R13 - GWS

Freo should be in front but can't kick straight and are making some really dumb goal costing turnovers which have gifted Carlton goals. Reminds me of us last week. As the old saying goes bad kicking is bad footy.

ps. April 27, 2012 - Judd actually gets pinged for holding the ball.

They won't be happy in Adelaide. Port isn't allowed to wear their traditional prision bar guernsey in the AFL but Carlton are allowed to copy Sturt's strip and colours.

Anyway Carlton won playing just one decent quarter. No wonder Ratten was happy. Let's hope Freo's shocking goalkicking spreads across town to the Eagles. I would say Jack Anthony has played his last game of AFL. Even our Jacko hasn't been that bad. Anthony took dudness to a whole new level last night. Ballantyne was another shocker docker who fumbled everytime he went near the footy. He hasn't done anything since Scarlett smacked him in the head.

GWS have jumped out of the blocks on the Dogs. Up by 13 points.
