That umpire has wrecked what was a great clash between geelong and collingwood.
Very Very soft 50m especially when it puts them right in front like that.
Josh Hunt was dumb. You can't touch the player who has taken the mark if you weren't in the contest. He got sucked in by Fasolo who admitted he milked the 50m.

As TFT said it was an error-riddled game. I think Geelong has made more turnovers in the past few weeks than it has in the previous 5 years. The younger Cats just couldn't play to the standard Selwood, Bartel and Taylor did. Add to that Hawkins and Pods went missing after 1/4 time after Tomahawk missed every shot with most of them sitters (Richo use to cop it left, right and centre if he missed just one sitter). Reid killed them until he went off injured along with Swan. Pendlebury is just a freak; he saved the Pies bacon.

fasolo made enough sideways movement to be called play on and it is basically an instintive reaction to grab the man when that happens.

Unless the umpire is in the process of calling play on when it happens ( it's near impossible to call it quick enough)it will be 50 every time.

Hawthorn are axing Freo, 51 pts up at half time...Freo have games coming up against the eagles, crows and then us. Dark times a ahead one might think

Roos 2 goals up on the power, in the third quarter. Very even game so far. Would love for Nortg to get done and make our job of getting in 8 that little bit easier

More pressure building on Neeld and the hapless Dees. Sydney up by 86 at 3/4 time with Melbourne kicking just two goals. The Swans kicked the first 10 goals of the match.

I tipped Port too  :thumbsup.

As for Ninth Melbourne, loses like that are season killers :yep. Harvey may go as well for his sneaky little elbow while under a pack.
