Alleged by David Schwartz on SEN - very very strong word that Hurley from Essendon is GORN to GWS. Signed and sealed. Massive deal, massive money.

If true this is as good as 4 points to me.

I will reserve my messages to my beloved Bummers supporters until Lids signs up.

Currently a member of the Roupies, and employed by the great man Roup.

I'm going to be the biggest troll at work if this happens. Though to commence BigFooty trolling, we'll need Lids to resign because they reckon they're a shoe in to get him. I'm still warming up though

On the downside, if it ends up happening we'll have years of:-

1) Essendon fans arrogantly and ignorantly blaming the afl and their free agency rules as an excuse for anything and everything wrong at their club, including a lack of on field success.

2) Hird being a protected species irrespective of if he performs no better than knights.

Bookmark both and hit me up in the future.  ;)

Maybe that's why Lid's has suddenly expressed his love for the Tiges on the weekend.
