They really don't have a lot of time. They get one day off a week which they must do something completely unrelated to football. Most are involved in a trade but others are completing Uni courses, business ventures etc. The rest of the week they are typically here from 8 to 5 doing training, gym, welfare, watching specific footage (next opposition or players their modelling themselves on etc) and multiple other meetings.
All in all they are very busy. At least Nahas isn't playing his X-Box 24/7 anymore
