Disappointing to lose by a kick but it's a lesson in you can't get away with playing just over two quarters of footy. Coburg didn't really turn up to play until 10 minutes to go before half-time.

torch, of the RFC boys who were our best and who would likely be in line to get a gig for Richmond?

Report either tonight or tomorrow night.

Any questions just ask ...
did you see anything from Dea that showed you he deserves to be on the list and is he so good that he'll be a champion no 7 for us?
The club that keeps giving.

From peejay and RichosGuns on BF:

Gus played ok but won't get a game on that.

Maybe Batch, Webbs not to bad but does not do damage.

Not sure why Derickx was off the ground for the whole 3rd quarter but took a couple of grabs and at least presented in the last.

I think Elton needs either a run in the next level down for some confidence or maybe he develops here but needs more bulk but hey we all know that.

Big disappointment to me was guys like Gibson Turner, Darrou, they are not up to senior VFL standard yet.

I don't think Gibson Turner was out there mate. But your right Verrier, Darrou, Wright and with Dea were disappointing. Batchelor was our only defender who looked like winning a contest

Batch needs to be playing defense for the seniors. He is a natural defender. Bring him in this week.

now there's a surprise
“For My thoughts are not your thoughts,
Nor are your ways my ways,” says the Lord.

“For as the heavens are higher than the earth,
So are my ways higher than your ways,
And my thoughts than your thoughts."

OE, Webberley played his wing role well, collecting possessions and efficiency was good. Arnot's hard work contestedly was good. The cub is 18 years old and isn't affaid to let the opposition know where he is. He wacks players after the ball is out of his reach, a quick elbow in the ribs, a push on the side ... i would play him instead of Jackson. Arnot's endurance needs working on and disposal needs to hit targets but he doesn't directly turn it over. Just causes a contest.

So OE, Webberley, Arnot and possibly Batchelor who beat his opponent.

how did you see white's game torch?

White was good because everytime he went near the football or had it, he used it well. His first goal he kicked, ran about 40 metres and had two bounces and kicked it was something we all want to see him doing regularly.

The football was in safe hands when White had it, but that's at VFL level. He wasn't happy at O'Halhon and have him a spray which wasn't good.
