Great effort AFF. There has been a deliberate emphasis on putting out a bigger side this year which makes a nice change from the small lean sides of past decade or so.

We are still probably missing that one big/tall solid defender who can handle the gorilla opposition forwards. We also need Maric to stay healthy so we don't go back to getting smashed in the ruck.

I agree with you in that we need a massive FB to take control and bring fear in to the opposition ala Mick Martyn from the Kangas

Jackson Trengrove would have been that big bodied tall defender. Hopefully Post or even Griffiths can turn into that... :-\

Right on cue last night's game drove home that we desperately need to find a big bodied defender. Sadly it looks like we'll have to wait until the trade/draft/free agency period to find one as it doesn't look like we have one on our list already. Postie sure ain't it after last night :-\.

Should have gone harder on Alipate Carlisle last year.

Hindsight is a wonderful thing.

Darrou and Wright are still young but have to get on a steep learning curve if they are.

after last night i want to see griff play CHB and play there well.

would much prefer to see him push post out of the backline than miller out of the forward line. i can wait 12 months for elton to do that.
