It was only round 1...hardly panic stations.

I remember how daunting it seemed playing St Kilda in rd 2 last year...we all know how that turned out.

Yeh,it never is when we lose ::)

Im tiring of the coaching panel and their excuses.
Can someone explain to them that it's also their job to teach them how to implement the "game plan" and that it's their responsibility to be tactically active as coaches during the game.
Fair dinkum.

Good point. No excuses.

Maric is big, dumb but he tries his heart out. Maybe they could give Gus Marics heart and we might have a ruck man.
Ellis will be a good player, a nervous start but he looked likely
It's that simple Spud
"I discussed (it) with my three daughters, my wife and my 82-year-old mum, because it has really affected me … If those comments … were made about one of my daughters, it would make the hairs on the back of my neck stand up. I would not have liked it at all.”

Vickery is a crap ruckman at this stage, he got clobbered by Kreuzer when he was in the ruck against him.  I'm a bit dissapointed at this, given Vickery is 22 and should be starting to emerge as a ruckman if he is ever going to, but to be fair he has 2 more years to develop before we see his rucking peak.

I disagree. He was poor in the ruck the other night but he was having an absolute shocker. He is usually pretty handy in the ruck for a player at his stage of development.

Fair enough maybe I should rephrase that, he was a crap ruckman the other night.  I hope he shows some better form throughout the rest of the season.
