3 years its gonna be a log jam
at the top.

Yes and will they be the right players in that log jam that will take us to a premiership... :-\
3 years is 3 more draft/trade periods to clean out the final deadwood and bring in players that will add class, add depth and fix the remaining holes in our side. We're talking a turnover of at least 15-20 more players.

Clubs like Adelaide and Nought would be looking to do the same. It's not just a matter of 3 good draft periods, but having the right recruitment staff to fox the competition and snag 1 or 2 absolute gems from under the radar in that time.

Thats fine and agreed, but IMO trade periods this year and next will be very important for us, we must bring in experienced class, we can't keep rebuilding out of the draft while our cream players get older and older..
DIMMA - You will be held ACCOUNTABLE...

“We are really excited about what we have brought in. We have got great depth of players that can take us where we need to go. We are just putting some cream on the top at the moment,” he said.
