How many games will we win up to the Bye?
« on: May 10, 2012, 04:47:12 PM »
Our next 6 weeks will determine our season given we are currently 2-4. How many of the next 6 games do we all think we will win up until the Bye in round 13?

R7: Sydney @ MCG
R8: Essendon @ MCG
R9: Hawthorn @ MCG
R10: St Kilda @ Etihad
R11: Fremantle @ MCG
R12: GWS @ Skoda Stadium (Sydney showground, Homebush)
R13: BYE

i view all games as winnable, with the hawks game the least likely.
we need to win 4 to still be in the hunt and i dont see why we cant achieve that.
“For My thoughts are not your thoughts,
Nor are your ways my ways,” says the Lord.

“For as the heavens are higher than the earth,
So are my ways higher than your ways,
And my thoughts than your thoughts."

Swans at home on the G wet day, where the Swans struggle. W
Essendon Dreamtime, Newman's 200th. Gotta win for skip.
Hawthorn, if we had to lose one this would be the one.
St Kilda, have to beat these mugs. A sign of improvement would be beating these animals whom we haven't accounted for since 2003.
Fremantle at the G, no brainer. No ifs or buts we should never lose to Freo at the G. See last years game against the purple plums. :thumbsup
GWS, motivation in not being the first to lose to a new franchise and the way the club has performed so far should be enough to see us through in a danger game.

Anything worse than a loss to hawks and essendon or Sydney isn't acceptable

With the Swans game in the bank, I'll be disappointed if we aren't at least on par 6-6 at the break. I'm hoping we can do better and at least split the Essendon and Hawthorn games to get ahead of the ledger. Win both and the Tiger bandwagon will hit full throttle heading into the Saints games. We owe them big time.

They are all winnable and if we beat the bummers like I think we can then we can go undefeated til the break. Go Tigers stay focused and stop reading the press. The hype is what scares me

The hype doesn't scare me. This is a different outfit. If we lose games it's because we haven't been good enough on the day, not players buying into the hype.
