Hope it keeps dragging on

Just look at the last two years.

Geelong with Ablett and Bomber.

Collingwood with the Mick and Bucks saga.

The more it drags on unresolved the more it will influence the on field performance of the team and whilst I feel the aura of Collingwood isn't that of last year prior to August it will only take one or two losses to turn the team's fortunes around given there are five players still to sign.
The speculation will destroy the club's fortunes if these issues linger even if the month of September doesn't do the trick. ;D

One can only hope. :thumbsup

Would rather groom some combination of elton griffiths astbury vickery to play along jack.

Would rather focus on a big fish to replace one of king/nahas or a decent mid ahead of jackson.

Travs old man twit too.

I'm not sure I agree there Tucker - this is pretty typical behaviour from Cloke and I'd be 90% sure that he will re-sign and even surer that the club is expecting him to re-sign.
The same thing happened in 2010.

There are always players that come out of contract, the media decide whether it's newsworthy - we can pick out any club and scrutinise but for we don't have 500k reading our blogs so it doesn't have the same ripple

Collingwood have won their last 9 games with plenty of injured players to come back.
The issues between the coach and daisy/shaw have been resolved - coach 1, players 0.

IMV, They should be evens for the flag but I hope you are right   :cheers
“I find it nearly impossible to make those judgments, but he is certainly up there with the really important ones, he is certainly up there with the Francis Bourkes and the Royce Harts and the Kevin Bartlett and the Kevin Sheedys, there is no doubt about that,” Balme said.

Agree with this post.
If I was a betting man I'd put $50 on them to win flag I'm that cetain they'll do it.
I also think that Trav may have already signed and they are waiting to do an announcement alonside tehir 75k membership mark. He also played well last week which might suggest he is not as distracted.

Heaven forbid hat if Jack gets injured??

Cloke at CHF allows those guys to develop properly.

What about Wild Night Wellingham?

Massive, massive upgrade on Nahas
He can tag.

can also play in an offensive role through the middle
or as a HFF

Would be great pickup.
Honestly I can't see any of these guys being available,

Would absolutely love to get Wellingham. Would add alot to the team. Perfect age group.

i'd actually go after Beams or Sidebottem..  These are the 2 players that aren't going to get what they're worth and could be ripe for the picking

 :clapping well said.

Would rather nab a mid or even Ben Reid. Reid would probably complete our back 6 and enable the best 1 or 2 of the 4 existing KPP siZed players you mentioned to shift into a permanent forward role.

BeMs and tin arse would be very high on their to do list, more chance of getting a wellingham type who is middle of the road in their rating s compared to beams and tin arse who are top 10 there easy

Why would we draft him. He's crap!

He's only capable of kicking 1,2 or 3 goals a game.

Huge waste of FTF $$$ !!!!
