Welcome everyone to One-Eyed Richmond's Tiger Forum Cheers from mightytiges and WilliamPowell.
the club thinks that getting them to stay at Gary Marchs is the answer
Can tell you he had no problem making the grade. He has the fitness & the ability. When he was drafted he was fine but a death in the family last year took its toll also.

But will tell you 1 of the reasons & thats the lack of help the RFC give to players moving into the big city, this is why many turn around & go home. The adjustment would be difficult and glad you shared one of the reasons with us. The truth Dmac was always a speculative pick, maybe he just doesn't cut the mustard. Not suggesting this about Dmac, but when things go crap for a player then it is rather easy to point a finger or two at the club than to work harder. Can tell you he had no problem making the grade. Yeah ok, agree about the death in the family. That's why i get peeved when people say he is not mentally tough enough. Depression/ Grief is something that is personal and experienced in different severities from sufferer to sufferer. It is also a myth that only mentally weak people suffer from depression.

The death in the family has effected his football that much that he's been bending over backwards trying and get a clearance from us so he can play locally
