Really wish we has two of Miller.

The fact that we don't means 60+point loss coming up

Maybe even 3. One at full forward (push Jack out to a pocket or to Coburg), one at CHF and the other at centre half back (played great footy there for the Dees).

Being Brad Millarvich
"The money might have been better. But, at the end of the day, Richmond showed faith in me. It's only fair that now we're 18th on the ladder, I show the faith back in the club and do everything I can to put them in front. In the end, I'm stoked I made the decision to stay. I f***ing love this club”

Ins: Morris Grimes Elton

Outs: Conca Batchelor O'Hanlon

Couple of unlucky boys there, not sure conc and batch did too much wrong to deserve an axing, its called depth :shh

i respect your opinion but have you watched the last 2 games Conca and Batch have played.

Well from my perspective they have deserved being dropped. Dropped marks, Missed Tackles. Both of them have played rubbish since the Saints game.

Conca has performed marginally better than Ellis so wouldve preferred he get dropped instead.

Currently a member of the Roupies, and employed by the great man Roup.

Conca was one of our best against GWS Daniel.

Batchelor had a nightmare last few weeks but the Conca axing has been boggling.

Especially with no Foley, we need all the runners we can get against the crows

Conca hasn't been that bad but I agree Ellis looks a bit tired after a tough first half of the season, bare in mind all them have had a break now and should be rejuvenated, revved up and ready to fix those sook trash crows up for stitching King up.  I can't wait.

I guess the selection panel can see something they call "team balance" with the players they have selected. Therefore what may appear an unexpected change as in Conca being left out could be more a strategic move more so than his apparent poor form. Maybe they have seen something after hours of reviewing videos of the Crows, we can only hope they have the mix right, could get downright ugly but we don't have the worst record at AAMI.

Our recent Port record in AAMI is what may help our overall figures. 4 out of our last 6 since 2006.

We have beaten the Crows once (last year) at AAMI since 1999.

hooray elton gets a gamne.
only one question has he banged the door down. dont get me wrong we need to promote kids but sort of flys in the face of what a lot of people have been preaching. we dont have a genuine must earn it policy. what we have is a great need to get games into younger players still so on that hooray.
what i dont like to see is elton as the sub. ffs if we are to promote em give em a decent crack at it.  lets not do with elton what we did with ohanlon. oh and people are kidding themselves if they think elton will get thrown into the ruck what a waste that would be.

shame miller never got the arse and graham/derickx  got a game.

cant believe conca got dropped, and im gobsmacked that people continue to want to drop  ellis as well.

backline has real structure with rance grimes and griffiths.
griffiths to tippett, rance to walker  and grimes third tall as the third man up and support player to both rance and griffiths. morris will start back along with dea and newman.

forward structure should be
riewoldt ff, elton in a pocket for the whole freakin game, and miller at chf. when ivan needs a rest miller will have to be it lol.

dont agree with the policy of playing three glass half full  runt forwards who lack polish  in edwards nahas and king. at least one should be dropped for conca.

would have given ohanlon a full game regardless of form what the eff are they up to. win lose  which is likely or draw the structure is more what we should be aiming at if elton gets a full game.

You know the only thing I don't like about this club is as follows:

Every bloody year we have one player the gets a regular game for no good reason. The annouying part of it all is that the club and some of our supporters try to justify why these players get a game. It's stange how it's so obvious to most of us but to our coaching panel they just can't see it.

Here is a list of players who have been gifted games for so called justified reasons. Make up your own mind.

Brad Miller

Justification = He is a great foil for Jack Riewoldt and he blocks and creates space for Jack. Great team man who helps to teach the younger players.

Truth = He avoids the contest and goes missing constantly. He doesn't work enough and fails to lead and take his direct opponent away from the contest. Because of this his opponent is able to float back and cover Jack's leading space so poor jack is constantly cover by 2 or three opponents. The fact that he gets a game and does nothing just prevents a younger player getting a spot.

Mitch Farmer

Justification = He is an elite kick who can pin point targets out of defence with his powerfull kicking.

Truth  = He refused to man up his opponent which cost us goals constantly. He barely ever got a kick because he was spectator with a poor work rate.

Angus Graham

Justification = He has a big body which we need in the centre bounces.

Truth = He can't jump off the ground. He never wins the hitouts at AFL level and when he does win hitouts they don't go to advantage. In fact it felt like they went to our opposition more often then not.

Cam Howat

Justification = He is an outside elite runner with elite kicking skills.

Truth = He was far from an elite kick and more like a turnover merchant. He was an elite runner that is correct but his nickname the Boundry Rider explains where he did most of his running. He never manned up an opponent and he refused to go near a contest. He wasn't just an outside player, he should have been commentating on the sidelines.

 Jordan McMahon

Justification = He gives us great run and carry from defence and has elite disposal.

Truth = I can't even bare to speak the truth with this guy he was so bad. I will leave it up to you.

There have been so many more over time but my point here is this. Why does this always happen at Richmond? Are we just stupid or what?

Would this be allowed happen at Collingwood?

Miller :wallywink. Put your money on the Crows this week.
