It wasn't that long ago Rance got toweled by Cloke and look how far he has come. I agree with this 110%, Elton needs to be given a legit go.  Sadly it won't happen unless there's a forced change via injury

Make it happen now! He is a concern as some days he looks switched on but most of the time he looks slow and lacks energy. Would love an upgrade moving forward.
