Again goes back to depth. We have none at Richmond.
Circa 06-07-08 we we woeful at RFC and Coburg had depth and good VFL results. We even made a VFL Grand Final in 2007, yet week in week out we had the same side at AFL level yet now its a situation where we have nothing at Coburg and all Coburg is doing is merely making up numbers and playing woeful footy with the standard of players they have.
The sooner we have depth at RFC the better. Hopefully blokes like Jako King or Nahas White etc can just be the depth players rather than being the obvious choices to come in when RFC get injuries.
Need to have a stand alone VFL side to develop our own players rather than have this so below standard VFL affilliate which is detrimental to the long term development and nurturing of some players. The way they are playing there are some EFL sides that could beat them.
Stuff Coburg nothing to see there and I have no emotional attatchment to it regardless of the current link to the RFC. I'm switching channels to watch Pies v Hawks. Go Hawks.
