Caro on 3aw tonight
« on: July 18, 2012, 06:53:51 PM »
Healy asked Caro to give her view on the Tigers since the loss last Saturday. She listed six points ...

1. Dustin Martin and Daniel Jackson if they didn't feel bad before Saturday they should/will now. Both owe Richmond a strong game this week for letting the club down so badly.

2. GWS and Melbourne wins hid the cracks that were opening up over the past 5 weeks of poor form. Those cracks are now for all to see.

3. The Club has been forced to come clean about not selling home games ever again.

4. Never again will we read on any Tiger fan forum website that Jeromey Webberley played a good game.

5. The darkest moment comes before dawn.

6. Richmond over the offseason desperately need to find another ruckman - Graham and Derickx bye bye.

What perplexes me is how the club hasn't had a ruck man for close to ten years and the last time we had two was.....when?

What's does 5 mean then? That a positive future is coming after this nightmare we've endured?

Probably 2001 - Ottens and Benny Gale.

We've recruited some right royal ruck duds over the past decade - Ben Marsh, Trent Knobel, Adam Pattison, Dean Putt, Tristan Cartledge, Angus Graham and Tom Derickx. The only 'successful' ruck recruits have been Troy Simmonds and now big Ivan. Greg Stafford was a decent ruckman at the Swans but he was mostly injured while playing for us.

Stafford was poo hot one year for us. How you could say he wasn't a successful recruit has me beat.Overall was better than Maric & Simmonds. Although Maric will surpass him if he can keep up his current form. Knobel was also a very good ruckman, just had poo skills.

And since when have we read that Webberley has played a good game? What the stuff does that even mean? What if he plays a good game for Coburg, does that not count? Or are we talking Richmond? If so, when was his first good game at AFL level?

stuff off Caro you useless bitch. Say something interesting
