Just got a bit excited with this announcement

Have to say glad the RFC are taking 12 months to get this up and running.

Need to get this right, therefore it's important they plan for it and have all the right funding ie enough funds etc

Im all for Richmond jumpers with the VFL logo on it. Reminds me of better days. 

Would actually suggest they look at having a slightly different jumper eg the NAB cup jumper to perhaps attract new sponsors for it

Huge opportunity to attract new smaller sponsors and extra revenues here, hence why I reckon 12 months to get it together is a good way to go

Very good news  would  home games be at Punt rd?
Would be a good weekend filler if they played curtain raisers or on the opposite days that our seniors played
Can experiment with structures and players  and nurture the development

The Jack Dyer stand isn't safe enought to hold 10k people.

Would need some work.

Charge $2 bucks a snag on game day and ensure people come to the Social Club before the game at the G. Will ensure club uses the Superstore and the Social Club correctly. Have a 10:30 start time that way game finishes at 1 and members can make use of Punt Rd and MCG facilities on match day. Spending $$$ at Punt Rd and at the Superstore and at the Social Club and the RFC collects the profits. No other club in the AFL has the opportunity to manipulate their seconds and firsts in such a way. BTW Golden Rule we let noone else play on Punt Rd unless they are the away side on an RFC match day.

All means $$$$ for the RFC and the upkeep of such an important developmental club venture.
