Il say again we have a culture within our club that only 5 players hold, that's to play for each other

Got nothing to do with depth that's about Hardwick changing the culture of the club which still has the same makeup when he first was hired

Culture takes a long time to change. If we are expecting Hardwick to overturn thirty years of culture in his three years so far, then we are deluded.
We have only just got new facilities (although i am absolutely gob smacked they ripped up Punt Rd halfway through the season) and money to spend on development, we never really had that before.
I could counter argue the culture theory by saying that Nort, Collingwood, and West Coast games could have floggings in previous years.
I am filthy about last night, i don't want to look at my phone, go down the street or watch tv just so i can avoid footy related topics but our team is going as good as one could expect with the likes of A. Maric, O'Hanlon, Dea, Post, Houli (scared) etc pulling on the jumper each week. We need depth and competition for spots.
