I heard that Geelong got every player on its list in one room, each player had to sit in turn in the middle of the group and was told by every other player what they were doing wrong and what was expected of them. Evidently it was a very big wake up call for the whole list, even for Gary Ablett Jnr. Would we have done that at RFC ??

Best thread all day, as they say people in glasshouses shouldn't walk around in it nude
It's that simple Spud
"I discussed (it) with my three daughters, my wife and my 82-year-old mum, because it has really affected me … If those comments … were made about one of my daughters, it would make the hairs on the back of my neck stand up. I would not have liked it at all.”

Have a life and commitments outside of work, dude. I have other things to do on a tuesday & thursday night. ;D I don't have access to a PC all day. RFCO made his post after my last log on, so not sure why you're calling some of us 'morons'.
So you read this 'Midfielder Brett Deledio revealed on Tuesday that individual, rather than team reviews, had never happened before in his eight years at the club' and thought "ah, this means all the coaches sat in on the review". Sorry, we're not all on your level of brilliance. Or did you just wait until RFCO made his post so you could start slurping and telling the rest of us what a bunch of morons we are?

Individual rather than team reviews had never happened in his 8 yrs at the club?

Im speechless  :gobdrop

Today was unique because all the coaches did the video review with players, not just the line coaches which is what they normally get each week.

Thanks for clarifying that RFCO, good to know that line coaches are and have been doing it. It wouldve been really dissapointing as Hardwick came from Hawthorn who have been very big on 1 on 1 reviews for a while now

cheers

If Matthew Scarlett is retiring - then we must get him on our coaching staff as a priority. The Geelong culture has been so dominant over the past 5 years, yet we don't have any coaches that have been in their system.

WE had a chance to do something with Sheedy and we put him in charge of membership??? Malthouse has to be brought in as Football Manager - similar to Balmey's role at Geelong.

Wayne Campbell should be moved on - good clubman, but like most thing from the Wallace era, a failure. Thought Wallace was wrong to strip the captaincy of Knights and give it to Campbell in any case.
