I'd guess one alternative is to cut and paste the middle instrumental section in the actual official version of the theme song over the two parts with lyrics.

There's also the option of searching for the instrumental version of "Row row row" from the musical 'Ziegfeld follies of 1912' which is where the music for our theme song originally comes from:
