Very impressive  :thumbsup

And great to get an explanation on how our Development side of things is set up with Choco, Greg Mellor and Tim Clarke  :clapping

Awesome clip. Choco comes across as having a real passion for the club and determined to do his best to get us to the finals.  :thumbsup

Gives the impression he will leave 'no stone unturned' or if need be 'no feather unruffled'. Sorry for the cliche's but it is footy afterall.

Choco settles in at Tigerland

“The first time I was introduced to the players, the first thing I said was, ‘you better understand how lucky you are to be at this club’,” Williams told Roar Vision.

“I was lucky enough to come to the Best and Fairest, and I felt like I’d been there for years. I can’t believe how many people have come off the street, to have a chat to me, and welcome me to the Club,” he said.

“It’s something I’ve really missed. I’ve been at clubs that haven’t been able to draw a crowd for a long time now, and it’s going to bring about great memories of a full-house at the MCG, and winning big games is what it’s all about.”

“If you can instil a great work ethic into them, make sure that they understand the game plan, and if they work hard, they’ll get there,” says Williams.

“That’s what we’re here to do, drive them along and give them some guidance along the way.”

Our best recruit since Cotchin!

This guy oozes confidence and experience.

Congrats to Benny Gale and Gary March. They have finally made Richmond catch up with the big boys in the area of professionalism.

Now we need to translate all this into on field success!  :gotigers
OER. Calling it as it is since 2004.
