Post not good enough.

Enough time wasted.

Hasn't even shown a glimpse.

Agree Ox.
I think this is the most damning thing about Jayden, just hasn't improved one iota in 4 seasons.
Don't expect him at the club next season.

I'm far from convinced he's not good enough. Playing the last 4 games of every season isn't a good way to play with confidence. You can see it in his game but you can also see why he could be a pretty good player too. He's ahead of Astbury for me. Probably equal with Griffiths  8)
Post is only a handful of games away from playing really good footy.

Sounds like a great sell for the opposition recruiters.

I think we should wait for him to come on
It's that simple Spud
"I discussed (it) with my three daughters, my wife and my 82-year-old mum, because it has really affected me … If those comments … were made about one of my daughters, it would make the hairs on the back of my neck stand up. I would not have liked it at all.”

An applicable example

You know what, I don't buy this confidence excuse. His just a dud, his had plenty of time to gain confidence in the lower levels and he still just doesn't perform consistently even at that level. Didn't seem to be lacking confidence when he took an eternity to make a decision round one and got tackled by Garlett, someone with no confidence would rush the kick but not him.

I would not necessarily say that Post is in front of Astbury given the significant injury Astbury had. Post really needs to impose himself in matches which to date he hasn't

Depends on what club you mean.  If it's another AFL club then you're safe as houses, if it's the Lower Kumbukta West U9's then prepare to throw up.

I used to coach those boys and Post would only be a bit part player for them. They are a great group of young boys.

Only problem is that you need someone to dance with you to complete a trade.

Unless it is like the Morton trade of last year...

I don't hear anyone coming out and saying "We want Post".

reckon just about everyone agrees hes in the gun.
think what we are debating here is should we give him one more yr. personally i think we should but can understand if he gets cut. there are some mouth watering traits to this kid but there are some real shocking weaknesses too.

its like knowing he has some real genuine talent but your waiting and waiting for the switch to flick on and your starting to wonder if the switch will ever flick on. its to the stage where its all or nothing with him.
do we keep him and hope the switch goes to on or do we wash our hands anticpating it wont.
