Essendon has ruled out flying to Wangaratta after last year's disastrous attempt to avert a three-hour return bus ride.

"We won't be flying," a Bombers spokesman told AFL.com.au.

A trip to Wangaratta with a 5.10pm start means a nice trip to Milawa for some wine tasting at Brown Brothers and a nice lunch. Plus should be able to fit in a visit to the Milawa cheese factory 

Then throw in a trip to Tassie... Like it
