As an alternative half back, people might want to have a look at is hellbig.he's been quite solid this year without being spectacular and will give almost as much hardness as morro

Maybe G, thought Dea showed a bit of touch in the ressies Saturday, was plucking marks like he was picking cherries

But Vlaus has already been tried in the middle, don't any of you watch the games?  Against Hawthorn he played most of the third quarter in the middle, he was the one getting clearances, remember now?
Anyway, I agree completely- we need to get Nick into the middle, now!  Goodbye Grigg, replaced by Nicky V in the middle.  Dea comes in at HB.  Houli goes too & Helbig gets a crack as well.
So its Out :- Scooby & Shaggy, In :- Deazer & Helboy.  Could they do any worse?    ;D

(don't get me started on Hampson & Vickery, but Ivan could replace both by himself ... when ready.)

Vlastuin's return a timely boost for troubled Tigers

RICHMOND has received a timely boost with young star Nick Vlastuin available to return from a finger injury ahead of schedule for Sunday night's clash against North Melbourne.

Vlastuin has been sidelined for two matches after undergoing surgery on a break in his right hand, but he completed training on Tuesday and has been cleared to return.

The 20-year-old was initially expected to miss between three and five matches, and his early return is a timely dose of good news as pressure mounts on the Tigers.

"I got the all clear from the doc, so I’m pretty pumped [to return]," Vlastuin told richmondfc.com.au on Tuesday.

"It was my first session back today, in the wet, which is not really what you want with a hand injury, but it went well."

Vlastuin, who played the first eight games of the season before injury struck, has maintained his fitness levels while sidelined, missing only one week of training because he wasn't allowed to sweat.

The tough half-back said it had been frustrating to watch from the sidelines as the Tigers notched a big win against Greater Western Sydney in round 10, only to capitulate against Essendon one week later.

"The GWS game was tough to watch, because the boys were having such a good time," he said.

"Last week I just wanted to be out there to help them. It wasn’t fun in the stands."

Vlastuin enjoyed a strong debut season, playing 18 of 23 games including the Tigers' final against Carlton.

He has averaged 16 disposals, five marks and three tackles this season.

The best thing Vlastuin and Rance can do is leave this club before its too late for a successful career.

Another gem. Future captain.

Rance, Floss, Dea, Cotch, Lids, Dusty, Ivan, Jack, Astbury, Miles, Conca.

Build a side around that.

The rest do a bargain basement garage sale and lets see what "quality" we can get.

He has composure that so few of his team mates do. Think he is one who will genuinely rise above the murky waters.

This guy, honestly...

On the wing. Ball coming. Looks behind and sees a Port and Rich player coming full speed. Says F it I'm going for the mark anyway, whether I get smashed or not.

What a kid. Example to the rest of the team.
