Oh look, in a funny sort of way, I think we're seeing his development in the back pocket come to fruition in the midfield...

bumping this because he was good in the middle vs Syd. Hoping if Cotchin comes back Vlas stays in the middle. This guy could be the hard inside mid battering ram to follow in the mold of Tuck

The best way to ease the pressure on our defenders is having a midfield that wins more ball.

Yeah but someone still has to play defender

When your side doesn't have the ball  every one should be defending !
The possibility of physical and mental collapse is now very real. No sympathy for the Devil, keep that in mind. Buy the ticket, take the ride.

Showed again why he needs to be used more in the midfield and F50.

Fondly remember some great running goals in his first year, and it looks like he can find the sticks still/hasn't had this coached out of him (?yet).

Given he's such a good overheard mark would it be worth playing him as a forward for an experiment given the season is essentially shot?

Ummmmm no that is a bad idea according to the forum experts no player is allowed to be played out of position or anything new tried

Leave them all in the backline where the experts love them. It's the only way they will learn apparently, must get the drive out of the backline to no one down field as they are all back. Ah, story of the experts.

Vlastuin should have been moved into the centre last year. Hardwick will do the same with C Ellis.

Why are you so keen to let everyone know how incapable you are of grasping simple concepts

So are my ways higher than your ways,
And my thoughts than your thoughts."

I think Corey Ellis looks to be a great playmaking option to help set us up from D50. Actually would say this is a weakness in our side when compared to others.
“I find it nearly impossible to make those judgments, but he is certainly up there with the really important ones, he is certainly up there with the Francis Bourkes and the Royce Harts and the Kevin Bartlett and the Kevin Sheedys, there is no doubt about that,” Balme said.
