Favourite Richmond moment of 2012?

Borrowing RFCO's question off twitter:

Looking back on the year, what was your favourite Richmond moment? It could be a game, a goal, a tackle, what stood out for you in 2012?

Richmond v Hawthorn

Complete 4 quarter performance against a Premiership fancy.
That last quarter was great even Jako's changers ended up being goals. ;D

At the time, Beating the aints was a pretty  :cheers celebration.

Beating the 2 eventual Grand finalists close second.

It's only fair that now we're 18th on the ladder, I show the faith back in the club and do everything I can to put them in front. In the end, I'm stoked I made the decision to stay. I f***ing love this club”

Beating the Saints at Etihad for me.
Just a ripper game (especially by our team) and great to see us finally get one over what has been a nemesis side for us over the years. I really felt at that moment that the tide was turning for us.

Agree MM, IIRC Ramps bagged that game and our team that night  :wallywink

Agree Tucky and eliminator. The Hawthorn game was a complete four-quarter performance as Tucky said. We got an early lead then held up defensively against their repeated challenges especially when they through everything at us in the third quarter. We then broke them with two late goals before 3/4 time before blowing them away in the last.

The St Kilda game was goal for goal attacking and a great game to watch (even neutral supporters thought so) but we were defensively poor in patches throughout that night. That IMO lead into the Freo which Ross Lyon exploited in the wet by clogging up the midfield and shutting down our attack and then hitting us on the counter  :scream.

The first quarter against the Swans was our best quarter for the year. Total domination both in defense with the forward press and attack. It felt like the ball was in our forward half for 95% of that quarter. If we had kicked straight instead of 5.6 to 0.2 then the game would've been over then and there.

My favourite individual moment for 2012 was Morris' goal  :bow

Honorable mention was Cotchin's game against the Bulldogs. He was simply unstoppable that day. Pure joy to watch a Richmond footballer deliver such a dominant display.

Fox Footy channel is showing the replay of the Round 9 Hawthorn game from 10:30pm tomorrow (Thursday) night.

The round 8 game against Essendon is also on from 7.30am - 10:00am  tomorrow but that's the one we lost to them  :scream.
