In American football The green bay packers is I think the only non privately owned franchise. They appear to be a very well run organisation and quite successful to boot. And green bay is hardly one of the major population centres, with a population barely over 100,000 i think .making it approximately the size of geelong

Balme has won premierships as a player and coach and administrator

WTF has Craig Cameron ever done that remotely resembles success? Getting Luke McGuane to sign a 3 year million dollar deal? LMFAO
Hahahah and the companies ive worked for have made billions, year on year, all because of me ::)

Thank **** helmut was still at Melbourne then in 2007 because he would have picked Cale Morton over Cotchin  :lol

Yep Balmey the dud, every side he's coached played finals as a minimum, and every club hes been football general manager have made a grand final as a minimum. Flukey poo right there, seriously you have NFI, might be able to make a better decision if you take the dick out of your ear balljangles17

guess what he s not the general manager you peanut, Brian cook is... :lol

Ok let's take a look:

Quote
Neil Balme - General Manager Football

Balme is currently General Manager Football Operations of Geelong Football Club where he has brought a wealth of knowledge. He has played a pivotal role at the Cats and has helped the club secure on field success winning 2 AFL Premierships ( 2007 and 2009 ) and runner up to Hawthorn in 2008. Geelong also won the pre season NAB Cup in 2009 under Balme’s reign

Neil Balme = "the bloke that books the bus and plane tickets,  and make sure the liniment jars are topped up"

Craig Cameron = kick starter of the Richmond dynasty, runs the football department and is also our recruiter. Best effort at Richmond is 9th place when Wallet was still here
