Timmy's little boy has already been given special privileges,
allowing him to play off in that buffoon of a game in Ireland
so what are the chances, even if found guilty(finally), that they would strip the medal from him?

If he's suspended, he'll lose the medal.
The precedent for runners up being awarded a medal when others are suspended is there already re Chris Grant in 1997 when Harvey won.
So damn straight they should be awarded the medal for being best and FAIREST.
