Razor Ray was back confusing supporters with his decisons. I think he gave almost every 50m penalty.

The umps were red hot on holding the ball today. There must have been another memo from Giesch as the umps always go overboard early in the season cracking down on certain rules.
As the Umps came off the ground i leant over the makeshift race and said," How was the comeback Razor, good to get it out the way?" He looked up at me and rolled his eyes as if to say he didn't have a great game.

The way they penalise the bloke first to the ball is making the game unwatchable. To start with the carlton freo game was ok but as the game went on they became as bad as our game for it.

Its getting to the point where players are better of to do the cowardly thing and knock the ball on rather than take possesion and/or hang back and allow the opposition to take possesion and tackle them.

They also seem to really lenient to the tackler driving the bloke with the ball to the ground from behind, aka in the back

It really is destroying the fabric of the game, the way they seem to want to discourage being first and hardest at the ball.

So are my ways higher than your ways,
And my thoughts than your thoughts."

Not normally into umpire bashing because there is no point, won't change  a thing but the umpiring yesterday was pathetic, both ways!

Good to have a win and be able to complain about the umpiring, cause it was disgraceful.

I didn't see the replay but Nick V got pinned for holding the ball without looking to be in control of it.

The Dustin f throwing incident was a horrible piece of cheating
It worked out best for us that h got away with it.

Its the principal.

Fletcher is the golden one. Can't play a free against when he clearly cheats.

As Razor was heading to rooms past me I said " great game Razor, you're back" he looked up laughed and then I added "and I'm confused"  :lol :lol

Practice games I don't worry about the umpires  :rollin
