Really hope it's not a ticketed match!

Why? Don't you want a sellout?

Nah he doesn't want to buy a ticket  :rollin :rollin

Four days out it isn't going to be ticketed but wish it was

Because it would mean we are truly back to being a "big club"

The big clubs with the big games are ticketed

That's the blooze fault not ours

Their supporters are idiots. Their home game and will be 60/40 Richmond crowd as always

Rubbish

Carlton have ticketed games every year against the Pies and Bombers = big games

Point is if we truly want to be a "big club" we have to get to the position of having ticketed games

That's because most Carlton supporters I've asked if they are going are like "yer maybe..probably just go to the Collingwood game though" By supporters I mean barrackers.  :lol

We always outnumber them at our games

They have ticketed games when successful only otherwise it'll be your standard 60k attendance. If we are successfull every game vs the other big 3 will be ticketed provided the other team is doing well too

Club just sent an email regarding the game:

"The MCC have today announced that the club should be highly recommending to members that they purchase a seat for our Round 1 clash against Carlton. "

Sounds like their expecting a good sized crowd, maybe even a sellout.

Final figure will depend on 2 things how many MCC members bother to show and how many AFL members show

Both those fill ip then they will get 80k +

Those areas end up half empty the number will be around 70-72k
