Final figure will depend on 2 things how many MCC members bother to show and how many AFL members show

Both those fill ip then they will get 80k +

Those areas end up half empty the number will be around 70-72k

Games involving Rich, Coll, Ess and Blues (AFL members areas) are always pretty full....

In the AFL members reserve All of M, N and P are sold out and front half of "Q sec" top deck meaning A-Z, now selling rear of Q Sec AA and back...I did a mock buy and it stated all those areas as sold out and only rear of Q available....

Area: Reserved Seating
Category: Level Q Rear
Section:
Q16-U
Row:
AA

***MCC website estimating 75K but im tipping "weather permitting" 80-85,000

Yer AFL seems to always be packed. It's the MCC section at Richmond games that is always empty. They don't let us riff-raff Tiger fans in just in case we get a win finally. Might burn the place down in celebration.  :shh

I'm in MCC with about 8 Rabbid tigers every week pal.
But no, we don't like sharing our full strength beer with plebs.

What will help us this year with crowd numbers is that the next day is a public holiday. :cheers

MRC email:

The MCC have today [ed. from yesterday] announced that the club should be highly recommending to members that they purchase a seat for our Round 1 clash against Carlton.

All 16-game members can receive a reduced ticket price, simply enter your 12-digit membership barcode where prompted on the Ticketek website. This will ensure you are charged for the cost of the seat only, and not admission into the game, which you have already paid for with your 16-game membership.
11-game members can simply skip this section and continue to the ticket purchase page.

Anything under 80,000 is disappointing. Bigger build up than last year. 10k more combined members. Both clubs aiming higher and Malthouse coching his first game. Holiday the next day. If a few drops of rain keeps them away them they're as weak as p1ss

Must have a shave and wear red and blue and yell "go dees" when you walk in then.  :whistle
