Lids said Vlastuin isn't far away from debuting. Make of that what you will.

Knights, Vlastuin and Nahas named in the Coburg line-up yet not the other players on the extended bench in the Richmond squad. Sounds like no changes this week.

I'd be surprised if he came in this week, was down on form compared to his previous outings this year.

Knights on the other hand had 41 touches and by all accounts (I didn't see the game) was very good. Wouldn't be surprised if he came in for someone, but who?

Looks like the club is keeping "the weapon" Knights for the pies game.

Top stuff by the club to keep him under wraps for the big game where he can be unleashed and take the pies by complete suprise. They won't know what hit them.   :clapping

.....Secret weapon is Knights.  :shh

But you didn't here it from me.  :whistle

Tough to see who would have been dropped... The only ones in my mind who could be in real danger are Ellis ( possibly just to get some confidence in the VLF ) and maybe Grigg or Houli.
I just cant see either Grigg or Houli being dropped though, the coach loves them too much but I think it would be best for them if they went back to coburg and played some hard footy, got some form and returned to the side if deserved.

I'm a bit bemused at why so many think Ellis is likely to be dropped.  He had an excellent pre-season, good NAB Cup form, played poorly in the first match and then played very well in his short stint as a sub last week.  Why would they be looking to drop our best first year player from last season after an excellent start to this year but for one poor match?    :huh

I just think it would be good for him to go back to Coburg and get some confidence up, he didn't look very confident in the StKilda game. Just my opinion.
