he keeps proclaiming his innocence and that he does nothing wrong, doesnt he?
“For My thoughts are not your thoughts,
Nor are your ways my ways,” says the Lord.

“For as the heavens are higher than the earth,
So are my ways higher than your ways,
And my thoughts than your thoughts."

Releasing text messages to the press is not illegal.

Im not saying that it is, although if it is in relation to an investigation that he is the center of, it probably is.

What i meant was, that if he feels he has done nothing wrong, why would he have the attitude of taking others down with him, while perhaps providing info that ultimately harms his own case?

It once again raises the question of how the media are getting hold of private text messages?

Seeing this latest lot appeared on the 7.30 report on the ABC and Danks gave the ABC his only one on one interview, my money is on Dank and his legal team. His lawyer has said adnauseum that they have alot of TXT messages and emails as evidence to prove Danks did nothing wrong

As for how Ch9 got what they sprouted the other week, I still think it's Dank

I think then, that puts this issue well and truly to bed.

Was my understanding that only the Federal Police can touch Dank?

He's no longer in the industry so ASADA can't touch him, they also can't force him to give information

I don't think he has a 'case'

Seems like this is all payback for the defamation of his character – and what a great bloke he is proving to be  :lol

I would have thought the answer was obvious.

If Dank is going down he is aiming to take others down with him.

 :cheers

Agreed. Think I've heard Dank can't get in trouble because he's no longer in the AFL. However, his reputation is destroyed and you'd imagine it's him trying to bring others down.

Should have read onto page 2 of this thread. Exactly what I was getting at. And yes a man of exceptional character. Wonder if he'd pass our recruiting character test? Gimme a house Troy broke through the net and burst out the other side so anything is possible.  :shh

You are correct gerks

But Dank has actually launched a civil case for defamation against all these nasty media types who are saying mean things about him ;D

That's why his lawyer keeps going on about how all the TXTs & emails that prove he did nothing wrong. They intend to use all of this in the civil case as proof he was defamed. Remembering in civil cases the burden of proof is on Dank to prove to the courts that he has in fact been defamed
