im glad someone remembers bits of that.

about the only thing i remember is stopping at the tavern on the way home and getting bailed up by a Melbourne supporter. I proceeded to tell him what a bunch of low down tanking cheats they were and were now reaping the benefits of what they had sown.

I went to the dunny and he was gone when i come back  :rollin

As for tea, i do drink it, but i also refer to dinner as tea.
“For My thoughts are not your thoughts,
Nor are your ways my ways,” says the Lord.

“For as the heavens are higher than the earth,
So are my ways higher than your ways,
And my thoughts than your thoughts."

But stripes Dea isn't a mid-fielder? He plays down back  :-\

Plays the 'high' back position which Conca could easily take. Not saying Dea deserves to be replaced but I think they will be keen to bring back both Ellis and Conca and am struggling to come up with names now that White played out of his skin against WC.

Important that we play with the same intensity and aggression against Adelaide that we did against WCE. Adelaide are good at getting contested footy. Conca's inclusion is a must

I know Dimma has said Ellis will most likely return this week but with Conca returning as well I wouldn't be surprise if we don't bring in two underdone players into the one game.  Perhaps Conca in to replace Lonergan as the sub this week with Ellis returning the following week (as the sub with Conca starting).

Lonergan has played as Sub in the past fortnight plus bye so there is an argument  that he would be no fitter than Ellis.
I'd play Ellis and sub Conca and drop Lonergan and Dea

Jackson survives as his fortnight has been descent.

Jackson's fortnight has been descent? Does that mean he can't sink any lower?  :lol

But seriously - as Daniel 161 says, Ellis and Conca in for Lonergan and Grigg.

Agree Grigg should be dropped but he wont be, he's a favourite; hence why I don't even bother suggesting dropping anymore  :banghead

X 2 on the Grigg part, is on the same boat that Jackson captains

No change for mine.
Won't hurt either Conca or Ellis having to re-earn a spot.
If we are to become a good side we need people, even kids knowing their spots are their for the taking and they are not assured a spot.
It also amazes me that people want Dea dropped after just one game, he is still young and should at least get a few games in a row to show he has improved. He has earnt that right IMO.
Plus we had a great win, why would we change that formula??
Great position to be in anyway.

Reckon Conca's VFL display was better than Lonergans past two games so I'd say his earned it but agree Ellis should play VFL. Can't just drop Dea to make room for him
