In all honesty right now we have no-one as a lock for AA whereas last season I thought Lids, Cotch and jack were near certainties. Probably a good sign that our top liners aren't travelling quite as well as last season but we're better placed as a team.

By seasons end I think Cotch and Lids will squeeze in. When our full midfield is firing with Conca, Ellis, fit Foley and Tuck they will get off the leash and wreak havoc. Give me finals with no AA's and i'll happily take it

Matty Lloyd did his mid-season All-Australian side on the Sunday Footy Show yesterday and he didn't include any Tigers.

Was he right or wrong?
I dunno, What's the side so I can see if it deserves a a tiger.
Lloyd's All-Australian side:

HB: Michael Hibberd (Ess)        Harry Taylor (Geel)          Luke Hodge (Haw)

C:   Daniel Hannebery (Syd)     Jobe Watson (Ess)         Jarrad McVeigh (Syd)

I wouldn't have thought Selwood , Sloane , Fyfe or Hodge have done enough.
You can't have two Adelaide midfielders in the team. They're not even in the eight !  In fact Douglas has been better than Sloane.
Oh and Lloyd is a numbskull

No Tigers in Rohan Connolly's All-Australian side either ...

Connolly's is a bit of an Essendon love in though.  They aren't that good, though Carlisle (suspiciously?) grew humungous over the of season and has been monstering forwards.

last few weeks he hasn't been that good down back. Jack was getting away from him in the first qtr of dreamtime but didn't put scoreboard pressure on him, Waite tore him a new one last week before he was swung fwd and admittedly changed the game  ;D Yeah he bulked up massively surprise surprise
