Embarrassing now, didn't want it to come to this....

What a game from hell. We get showed how to play serious football and in the process could lose Vickery for the season.

Geez we miss time the touches on the line, that's 2 today we should have touched.

As long as we don't fall away i'll be happy with today effort
Agree about us missing out on not touching the ball on the line a few times today.

However I think we've been very poor today. Completely outplayed. The scoreboard is flattering us although at the end of the game it may not be.

55 - 88

I disagree, only a couple of matchups that have really hurt, and should have put more scoreboard pressure on at certain moments.
I think we've been pretty good today and will take a lot out of this. We've improved but today swans showed us we still need to go up another level or two to compete with the best. If Lids, Cotch, Maric actually played even half reasonable games instead of totally ineffectual games and we have a 3rd tall stand up, say weirdo grimes, we're in it to our eyeballs.
It's been 15 goals to 5 since midway through the 1st qtr. We've been smashed. No other way to say it. Our forward and defensive structures have completely broken down. Too many passengers (hello Titch Edwards) and they've given us a lesson in superior smarts, pressure and workrate. Not concerned long-term as finals won't be played on this toy ground the Swans know how to play so well but we've been terrible today. Played this ground moving the ball way too slowly. Remember we flogged them last year at the 'G and today they don't have Goodes, Reid or Shaw.

Now it looks like we've lost TV next week with concussion it seems  :P.

15 Tigers with just 2 tackles or less. 46 tackles in total which is back down to what had us rating last in the AFL earlier in the year.

Settle people we are playing one of the premiership contenders, perhaps the premiership team. Will be out of the Hawks and Swans for mine.

Thank Geez that's over! What a poo weekend :banghead :banghead  :banghead :banghead :banghead :banghead :banghead
All the rotten scumbag sides like Carlton, Collingwood and North made up ground on us. And it's just going to get worse next week when we take on the rampant Hawks with no Vickery, and an undersized backline.

Good effort today tiges, no shame losing by 40-45pts up there against the reigning premiers.

Bit hard done by with the margin, but happy we didn't throw in the towel and kept trying to the end.

Plain and simple today, Swans are bigger, stronger and one on one more skilful,  score reflects the gulf, 2 goals worst team than Swans per quarter = 48pts which is about right at the moment. More work to do at draft to close the gap.

And people wonder why I harp on about  wins  ;D

Terrible effort from the 15 minute mark of the 3rd qtr

Dont blame our defence, they were gallant

Blame our mids, far too many of them do not work hard enough when they dont have the ball

Have to say Dimma was badly out coached today. To continually allow big Jesse to tap the ball down to runners (he never actually went for a mark on the wing) and not intrust our blokes to man plug the hole they were runnign into was disgraceful

Shane Edwards needs to be dropped. Deplorable today!
