Don't worry, the Mighty Hamsters will get the Scousers over the line,  just like we did Rovers back in '95. Mancs sides on last days - piece of cake for us.

Man City 4-0 Aston Villa.

Man City now only need a draw at home against the Hammers to win the title. Liverpool on the other hand need to beat Newcastle at Anfield and then hope West Ham causes a massive upset.


At the other end of the table, Norwich, Fulham and Cardiff will be relegated.

Leicester City and Burnley have won automatic promotion to the EPL next season. The 3rd and final promotion spot will be fought out between Derby County, QPR, Wigan and Brighton.
