GWS want experience and leadership. They are trying to build a strong culture. Shaw would not provide the sort of mentoring they are striving for. If GWS are getting one wild card in Buddy, surely Shaw would tip the balance in the wrong direction. They passed on Dusty for similar reasons, I think they will pass on Heath for the same.
