This would be my mid-season report card on the Tiges.
the Good:7-4 at the half way mark. I know I thought we'd be lucky to win that many for the whole season.
Style of play under Wallace is conducive to kicking goals and winning and when followed by the whole team is exciting to watch. We have also a kicked a few goals in a row this year.
Belief and confidence is back. We gave up at half-time under Spud.
The finding of Tuck as a inside midfielder and Deledio playing and earning a spot in every game. Impressed with Meyer too.
The return of Cogs, Gas and Kellaway to their best form.
the Bad: Bad losses as we were outclassed by top 4 candidates Melb, Geelong and the Saints (when they were up an about).
Skill and decision making errors still all to frequent for us to be classed a threat or a top 4 side.
Gone missing at the start of games the past month and a half: Saints, Port, Coll, Melb, WCE
Not getting to see Tambling run around as he's missed most of the year so far due to hamstrings.
and the Ugly:Browny's broken leg and Rodan's knee
Hearing Spud give his special comments about us when in the commentary box
