Not hardwick's fault he tried everything. Rance/Maric in the forward line

We lost because of leaders(I use that word loosely) like Foley and his pathetic kicks, and Cotchin with his try hard left foot kicks which goes straight to a blues player. He embarrasses himself when he attempts it when his right foot is more than capable of doing the job.

once again we give teams a sniff and they take advantage. Bachar how he can let a spud like Mclean kick 3 is beyond me.

rance up fwd kb the last 5 min wow

He nailed a ripper inside 50 on the left n the first qtr

yes and I know what your referring to Chuck but my point and I am pretty strong on this when you don't have to use your left why use it?

he has done it on at half dozen times this year and all resulted in turnovers.

Anyways that's not what we lost nor was it hardwick's coaching, it was a collective of our best players playing poorly.

They wanted it we didn't. End of story

no excuses for Hardwick not the team

the blues wanted it more from Mick down

who cares where bootsma started .. who won

Cotchin Martin Foley tuck and Hardwick should all apologise core their efforts

Hardwick is a one trick pony like woosha

has no idea how go read the game and counter punch

How in the name of god do you blame Tuck? At least he got the stuffing ball 16 times in about 40 minutes of play. Took overhead marks too unlike McGuane, Jack, Maric etc.

The guy needs a full game.

Playing McDonough a full game and Tuck as the sub, seriously wtf was Hardwick thinking? McDonough should have come on for somebody like Ellis who looke rooted again after 1 quarter or Petterd who just kinda sucked.

Shoulda had 10 goals that first quarter. Grigg and Petterd wasted opportunities. Could have been the difference.

I completely disagree. Was there today and saw first hand he got the damned thing many times. He wanted the ball and went for it, marked it etc.

Tuck and the word scared are not compatible..Tucky puts his head over the ball each and every time.he cops knocks and gets slammed.....slow and a poor kick yes but fear is not part of his makeup

To: Damien Hardwick
From: Mr Tigra
RE: message to the coach & players

Damien,

If there's any team that you can't let win for no other reason other than for us supporters its that scum cheating prick arrogant team in blue.

We've put up with alot as supporters but the one thing that ruins all the good achieved is losing to those pricks.
Tell your coaching staff and the players. If you don't win against them I might not be able to go to another game between the two teams. Last year I could easily of smashed some prick infront of my own kids. Luckily my girls were there and I controlled myself & left early. Last year second game I broke a seat and the girls were scared of me all the way home.
Round 1 was a great win, but too close could've been very very ugly if we'd lost it.
Which leaves today's game.....
If I didn't leave when I did and I was still sitting infront of that smarmy fat midget wog I probably would've gone to jail for a very long long time.
I can't take it anymore, I've had it!!!!

For the health of your supporters and for our families well being and just to keep some of us out of jail, I implore you, please please please.....

DON'T LOSE TO CARLSCUM EVER AGAIN!

You can't blame Hardwick for:
-not taking the ball first grab- game was lost there imo
-poor foot skills
-poor defensive accountability
I think the players have to wear that.
McLean should not have been able to slip out the back 3 times though. Dimma what the hell was going on there?

we lost by less than 2 goals and played rubbish.

they played out of their skin and just beat us.

The only reason why this hurts and its the only reason is that it was carlton. believe me if we had lost to the eagles or buldogs today no one would care one as much.

In a way im glad top 4 is out of reach. Now they know we arent that good yet and need to turn to the draft to reach that top 4 mark.
