I'll take the Cats so we can now get this show on the Road.  :thumbsup

Lock GWS in for Tom Boyd Pick 1 and James Aish Pick 2.  No need to elaborate as they are the best two options by far and they will add depth to our
already incredibly talented pool of youngsters.  Boyd will cover for the injury prone Patton and Aish will fill the void created by Dom Tyson's departure. :clapping

Pick 3 - 'Aints select Josh Kelly

We have weaknesses all over the ground at the 'Aints, the stars are getting old and the kids are rubbish.

I'm not going to reach for a KP or ruck, i'll take best available and start the midfield rebuild.

And you may not think I care for you

Pick 4 - Christian Salem
Sandringham Dragons
Ht:183cm
Wt: 82kg
DOB: 15/7/95

With GWS snapping up our first choice in Aish and needing more mid-filed strength and skill. Bulldogs select Christian Salem. With a build ready for AFL footy the Bulldogs believe Salem will complement they already emerging mid-field brigade.

Pick #5 - Gold Coast - Matthew Scharenberg - 190cm/87kg - Utility

Was weighing up between he and Salem but WP made that choice easy. Write up to come.

Wow Salem going at 4 and if passed on would have gone at 5. There is a lot of love out there for this kid making it highly unlikely he will get to 12 if the clubs above us go for best available rather than focusing on filling a need.

i had one I rated higher but I thought Salem/Scharenberg better fit and it was close. Very even outside Boyd. All personal preference.

6. Jack Billings (Collingwood)

Height: 183 cm
Weight: 78 kg
Position: Forward/Midfielder

It won't happen in the real draft but the Pies would happily swoop on Billings if he fell to pick 6. An almost straight younger replacement for Dale Thomas.

Write-up later.
