Unless we can do straight swap with Essendon for Laverde or get a top 20 pick, I'd make him stay......unlikely to walk into the PSD next year and risk going to Brisbane...if he has a good year and plays senior footy he'll either want to stay or be worth more at the trade table if he still wants to go......after Halfstep is sacked he'll probably want to stay anyway....

Just re-signed with Essendon so there goes that idea....

Laverde will be a star. Shame it will be at the Bombers.

Laverde was the 2014 draft i still maintain we had to go one of the talls that was available in Durdin, Lever, and Goddard.FWIW my preference was Durdin but would have been happy with any of them.

I liked the look of Acres a lot . i think he is tracking along nicely at stkilda. We traded out of the second round surprise surprise for you know who.A kid called George Hewitt is just starting to come into his own.

Yeah apparently also forgot to list his other good qualities

- great tackler
- doesn't go missing in games
- intensity at ball

Take out Rance, find me a player on our list that does these things.
But we're a low tackle type of side..... :whistle

 :lol
