and therein lies the problem with the tigers and why we have been there done that before a million times.
When are we going to get smart and begin to recruit players who can apply themselves 60% and have an impact during the season ,so when we play finals they then apply themselves 100% and we win a couple.
Its pretty obvious that we have stuffed up with the template used to recruit players over the stretch. Where we have heard we only recruit solid citizens etc and then we end up with players who need to be spoon fed and nurtured etc. I mean take Dusty. Has carried a mountain on his shoulders over his career, with exepctation etc and then had the kitchen sink thrown at him with attempts to assassinate his character off field but rocks up every week and gets the job done like a pro.

Because against a bunch of highly skilled professional athletes, we're bound to find enough that go at 60% and still win enough games to get into finals. Then they can just flick the switch just like that

Let's just see how he goes this year, personally i've not been a fan in the past but people can change and improve. Its the last year of his contract, he's going to have to show a bit, he's got an opportunity now as that third tall forward, its in his hands.
