Got a nice set of hands on him. Steal traps, you might say.
Smooth kicking action and no trouble from 50. Looks beaut.
Get him on the flank round 1.

i dont want a pick 12 to be nothing but a forward. reckon hes capable of playing for/back and   mid in time. lets hope he bocomes a real damaging mid as his primary role.
in the mean time with a kick on him like he has lets start him on a hbf. best place for newbies to learn the caper imo if they have the skills.

I wonder who he would be a better kick than at our club

Start him on a hbf, most definitely. Hopefully Luke Hodge like  :shh

i dont mind if hes a full time forward if he 2-3 goals a game. With a forward line of Riewoldt, Martin, Cotchin, Knights, hopefully Deledio, King, Conca, Ellis, Mcbean, Vickery etc. Lennon might find himself with the worst defender and do some damage.

Coupled with his impressive kicking ability I wont lose sleep with "pick 12 to be nothing but a forward"

Quote
averaged the third most contested marks and score involvements in the national under-18 championships and registered the third best kicking efficiency in the top-20 ball winners in the TAC Cup, according to Champion Data.

Quote
After dominating games with his penetrating right-foot kicking on a back and forward flank, Lennon moved onto the ball late in the season to show he could win contested possessions in the midfield, and averaged 28 touches.

in his own words:

Quote
"I am ecstatic. All through the year I really wanted to get to Richmond after being at the club for a week in February, so it's really good. It was up the air, I thought pick 10 at Collingwood was a strong chance, but to get my name called out at Richmond, I am over the moon," Lennon said.

"I play a unique position and I have to work really hard to give myself a chance, and I am sure I can do that."

Agree, he probably gets made to earn it but hopefully gets Vlastuin's spot. Vlastuin takes Tucky's place in the guts.

Play him forward
This.
I am sick of recruiting players and then screwing with them by playing them all over the shop. We lack a classy mid sized forward. Play him there!
OER. Calling it as it is since 2004.

Would play him of the HFF and having him pushing up into the midfield as a link player and as part of the rotations. Going to be a great versatile player for us. Great pick up. We are lucky to have him slip to us because he was the best player available and fits our needs too  :clapping
