In the last 4 games, Anthony Miles is our:
Leading contested possession winner, clearance winner, tackler and free kicker winner.

Well done Blair Hartley I guess. :)
2015.

Yep not sure how it was "Frank & the recruiters" if Blair Hartley looks at other teams players

Just being sarcastic troops  ::)

BTW Blair doesn't go and watch players play, he puts together lists and sends the recruiters to watch the players he wants looked at.

Source= Blair himself  :laugh:

So he's not the reason for picking ANY of them.

Probably got some advice from both Williams and sheedy.

It won't be long until he's kicking backwards & chipping sideways like the rest of them.

Three years at Richmond and he's just another dud the club can add to the wrecking pile.

RFC... Ruining players careers and breaking supporters hearts for 32 years.

 :huh  ::)  :huh

Blair makes a list of who they should target especially the recycled one, he sends the recruiters off to watch them. they come back, report while they all watch the tapes and look at the stats and then Blair recommends who to target at trade & FA time.

I thought he did watch some locally? Or at least used to?

stuff me he can't half draw the frees this kid - 14 games in and almost as protected as Selwood & Ablett...be interesting to say how well he goes if the umpires start being less generous.

Anyway good luck to him....looks to be our Tuck replacement maybe already better in some areas than Shane but pehaps not quite as good in others yet, either way not bad for a rookie pick.

Yes he does but not only does he seem to get them every time,  he also gets a few when he's upright or already has possession and just gets tackled.

Williams was at GWS for a season prior to coming to RFC and would know a bit about their list.
Would tend to think there would be some knowledge provided by Chocco and the club did the rest.

To think that FJ and his cohorts came up with some sort of coup to get Miles under the noses of others is laughable. ;D

I don't care what anyone says and how under resourced we were 8-10 years ago but if we are still relying on picking up duds like Hampson and co from other clubs to take us to the next level then I don't care whether its Blair or FJ then the proof of the pudding has been served up by our results. :help
